Scott Hokanson is a husband toAnn of over 28 years, father of five kids and the founder of Brabo located in Cordage Park here in Plymouth. For 25 years he has been working with the youth of Plymouth, the chamber of commerce and numerous charities to make our town a better place.Scott is an active Rotarian, was named business-person of the year for his work in the community in 2020. Next year he will be the Chambers’ Board Chair. He has run youth groups at his local church, served as the president of his kids’ schools Parents’ Association and is a mentor to kids at the Childrens Business Faire each fall and has worked to provide more opportunities to high schoolers whose plan does not include going to college.
The hallways at Brabo are wallpapered with thank you notes from numerous local charities.
Inspired by such local leaders as Therese Murray, Vinny DeMacedo, Susan Moran, Matt Muratore and Kathy Lanatra, Scott has decided to bring his talents of building bridges and getting things done to BeaconHill to be a proud advocate for his neighbors in Plymouth.
